Position Overview:
We are looking for a Mid-Level AI Developer to join our growing technology team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a focus on solving real-world business problems. You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate AI models into scalable applications and ensure seamless deployment in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various business use cases.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Implement AI solutions in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI projects based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to integrate AI models into products and services.
- Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and optimize for performance and scalability.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, models, and integration processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Proficiency in data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience deploying ML models via APIs, Flask/FastAPI, or Django.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI tools).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and version control (Git).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with NLP (transformers, chatbots, LLMs) or Computer Vision (image recognition, object detection).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying AI services.
- Familiarity with big data tools such as Apache Spark.
- Understanding of statistics, probability, and optimization techniques.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for AI and eagerness to stay updated with industry trends.
